Terms of Use

By accessing Luxe Elements, creating an account, purchasing a subscription or downloading an asset, you agree to these Terms of Use, the Luxe Elements License Agreement applicable to your membership, the Privacy Policy and the subscription terms shown at checkout.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Luxe Elements.

Accounts are intended for individual users unless Luxe Elements later introduces team or agency seats.

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate account information
• maintaining the security of your account
• keeping your login credentials private
• all activity that occurs through your account

Account sharing is not permitted unless the subscription you hold specifically allows multiple users.

Luxe Elements provides digital interior-design assets, including transparent PNGs, furniture, decor, architecture, lighting, plants, textures, surfaces, Premium Assets, Luxe Editions, room kits and related digital content.

Assets are licensed, not sold.

Luxe Elements retains ownership and all intellectual-property rights in its original assets, branding, website content, graphics, collections and other proprietary materials.

Downloading an asset does not transfer ownership of that asset.

You receive only the usage rights granted by the license applicable to your membership at the time of download.

Luxe Elements currently offers three memberships:

• Explorer — free
• Designer — paid, monthly or annual
• Studio — paid, monthly or annual

Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the interval selected until they are canceled before the next renewal date.

Before payment is submitted, the checkout screen displays the price charged today, the billing interval, the total annual price where an annual plan is selected, the automatic-renewal status, the next renewal date and how to cancel.

Payments are processed by Stripe, the active Luxe Elements payment provider.

Luxe Elements does not store full payment-card numbers.

By completing checkout you authorise recurring charges for the membership and billing interval you selected, until you cancel.

Upgrades take effect once the new membership payment is confirmed, and the higher access tier, download allowances and license level apply from that point.

Downgrades take effect at the end of the current paid period; the lower allowances and license level apply from the next period.

Cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

When a subscription expires, the account reverts to the free Explorer membership.

A failed payment may temporarily suspend paid membership access until the payment method is updated and the charge succeeds.

You can cancel a paid membership yourself from Account → Manage Subscription, without contacting support unless something is technically preventing the cancellation.

Cancellation stops all future renewal charges.

Unless stated otherwise, your membership stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Luxe Elements provides immediate access to downloadable digital assets. Because delivery is immediate, downloading an asset may affect refund eligibility.

You may not:

• scrape the library or any part of the site without authorisation
• perform automated or bulk extraction of assets
• hack, probe or bypass access controls, rate limits or download protections
• share an account or its credentials
• attempt to obtain assets that your membership does not include
• reverse engineer protected download systems
• redistribute source assets in any form
• operate a competing asset library using Luxe Elements content

You may not sell, sublicense, distribute or otherwise offer standalone Luxe Elements source files, individually or in bundles, unless expressly authorised by a separate written agreement with Luxe Elements.

Luxe Elements assets may not be bulk scraped, compiled into datasets, or used as training data for competing generative-image systems or competing asset-generation services.

Ordinary AI-assisted editing features inside your design software may be used while creating an otherwise permitted finished design.

Luxe Elements may add, remove, update or replace assets, modify collections and change site functionality over time.

Membership does not guarantee that every asset will remain available indefinitely.

A license that was validly granted for a completed project is not invalidated merely because the asset later leaves the active catalog.

The service and its assets are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Luxe Elements works to keep the library accurate, available and secure, but does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose beyond what applicable law requires.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Luxe Elements is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, and its total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to Luxe Elements in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Luxe Elements may suspend or terminate an account for material violations, including piracy, unauthorised redistribution, payment fraud, account sharing and bypassing access restrictions.

Where legally appropriate, legitimate historical license records are preserved so that properly licensed completed work remains documented.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Luxe Elements operates, the country in which Luxe Elements operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer law applies to you.
