Luxe Elements License Agreement

Assets are licensed, not sold. Luxe Elements retains ownership of its original assets.

Luxe Elements grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use its digital assets. The license you receive is the one included with your membership at the moment you download an asset, and it is recorded permanently in your download history.

Individual assets may carry a custom or restricted license set by Luxe Elements. Where that happens, the asset page and your license receipt state the applicable terms, and those terms take precedence.

Included with the free Explorer membership. Eligible Free Assets may be used for:

• personal interior-design projects
• personal mood boards
• portfolio work
• educational and student projects
• personal social media content
• other uses specifically allowed by the Explorer plan

Commercial use is permitted only where Luxe Elements has explicitly enabled it for that asset.

Included with the Designer membership. Eligible assets may be used for:

• client mood boards and client presentations
• professional interior-design work
• finished interior renderings
• architectural visualisation
• social media and Pinterest content
• websites
• advertisements and marketing materials
• commercial presentations
• finished client deliverables

You may give your client the finished composition.

You may not give your client the standalone Luxe Elements source PNG.

Included with the Studio membership. Everything in the Designer Commercial License, plus broader professional use:

• agency work
• larger commercial campaigns
• visualisation studios
• high-volume client work
• Luxe Edition assets
• Studio-exclusive content
• commercial finished products where the asset is incorporated into a substantially larger original design

The Studio license still does not allow redistribution of standalone source assets.

• reselling raw PNG files
• giving raw files to clients or third parties
• sublicensing standalone assets
• uploading assets to another stock library or marketplace
• creating a competing PNG or asset library
• trivially modifying an asset and reselling it
• sharing download access or account credentials
• distributing files through public drives or file shares
• claiming ownership of Luxe Elements originals
• bulk scraping
• building datasets for competing generative models

Permitted: an original finished design — a rendering, board, layout, presentation or product — in which a Luxe Elements asset is incorporated as one component.

Not permitted: selling or distributing a Luxe Elements asset itself, or a minimally modified copy of it, as the primary value of the product.

Templates are not permitted where the original Luxe Elements asset can easily be extracted and reused independently, unless a future Luxe Elements Template License expressly allows it.

Designer and Studio members may use eligible assets in client projects.

Clients receive rights to the completed deliverable only. They do not receive rights to the standalone Luxe Elements source asset, and would need their own eligible membership to license it.

Projects properly created while an eligible membership was active remain licensed after cancellation.

Once the paid membership ends, new projects may not be started with paid Luxe Elements assets unless an eligible membership is active again.

Your historical license records remain accessible in your account.

Previously licensed assets can be downloaded again under the account and download policies in force, and a re-download does not consume another monthly download credit.

A re-download keeps the license tier and license version recorded when the asset was first acquired.

Ownership and copyright of the source asset remain with Luxe Elements at all times. A license grants use, not ownership.
