Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel a paid membership yourself from Account → Manage Subscription.

Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, access continues through the remainder of the membership period you have already paid for.

Monthly plans renew automatically each month until canceled. The renewal amount and next renewal date are shown at checkout and in Account.

Annual plans renew automatically each year until canceled. The full annual total is displayed clearly at checkout before payment.

Luxe Elements delivers digital products immediately once access is granted.

If you have not downloaded any paid assets, you may ask us to review an accidental or mistaken subscription charge within 14 days of that charge.

Once paid assets have been downloaded or licensed, refund eligibility may be limited because the digital product has already been delivered.

This policy does not remove refund or cancellation rights that applicable consumer law gives you.

Contact us about:

• duplicate charges
• billing errors
• charges for the wrong plan or interval
• charges you did not authorise

Valid billing errors are investigated promptly and corrected.

If an asset is corrupted, materially defective, or cannot be downloaded because of a Luxe Elements technical issue, we will first provide a working replacement or download.

Where that cannot reasonably be done, we will consider an appropriate refund or account credit.

A failed recurring payment may temporarily affect paid membership access.

You can update your payment method at any time through the billing portal in Account → Manage Subscription.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where technically possible.

After you cancel we show, and where email is enabled also send, a confirmation containing the plan canceled, the cancellation date, the date access runs through, and confirmation that future renewals have stopped.

If you subscribed online you can cancel online. You never need to call, email or speak to a representative simply to cancel, and the cancellation control is available directly from your Account page.
