Depending on how you use Luxe Elements, we may hold:

• your name, where you give it
• your email address and account credentials
• billing contact information supplied at checkout
• your membership selection
• your favorites and mood boards
• customer-support messages you send us

Card details are entered with Stripe, our payment provider, and are processed by Stripe.

Luxe Elements does not store complete raw payment-card numbers. We hold the subscription status, plan, billing interval and renewal information needed to run your membership.

When you use the site we may collect:

• IP address and basic device or browser information
• page and feature activity within the app
• login and session information
• your download history
• referring pages
• aggregated analytics about how the library is used
• cookies and similar technologies needed to keep you signed in

We do not collect categories of information beyond what the application actually uses to operate, secure and improve the service.

Luxe Elements keeps a record of every asset you download or license, including the asset, the license tier and version granted, the resolution, the date, and the membership under which it was acquired.

These records exist so you can prove what you licensed, re-download previously licensed assets, and view your license at any time.

• to enforce membership access and download allowances
• to maintain licensing records and issue license receipts
• to provide customer support
• to detect and prevent fraud and abuse
• to improve the library and the product

We share information only with providers that help us run the service:

• Stripe, our payment processor
• our hosting and database provider
• our authentication provider
• analytics providers
• email and service-communication providers

These providers may only use the information to perform services for Luxe Elements.

Luxe Elements does not sell personal information.

We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your session and preferences, and understand aggregate product usage.

We do not operate advertising cookie networks on this site.

Some records are kept after an account closes where there is a legitimate reason, including:

• account administration
• transaction and billing history
• proof of the licenses granted to you
• security and fraud prevention
• tax and accounting obligations
• other legal requirements

• you can update your account information at any time from Account
• you can manage your password and sign-in security
• you can opt out of marketing email while continuing to receive essential service messages
• you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data
• you can ask what personal information we hold about you

Deleting an account does not require deletion of transaction and license records that Luxe Elements must legitimately retain; those records are minimised where possible.

Requests can be sent to the support contact shown in your account and on your receipt.

Luxe Elements is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls, encrypted transport, signed time-limited download links and role-restricted administrative tools.

No online service can promise absolute security, and we do not claim to.

This policy shows a Last Updated date. Where changes are material, we will communicate them by a notice in the product or by email to account holders before they take effect.
